On September 28, 2024, Deli Group held a groundbreaking ceremony for its Hai Duong factory in the Dai An Industrial Zone, Vietnam, attended by key officials including Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Ho Duc Phoc, Deputy Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau, and Deli Group President Lou Fuan.
In 2019, Deli Group established its first factory in Vietnam, achieving significant milestones. The Hai Duong factory covers an area of 212480 square meters with a total investment of $270 million, expected to be completed by March 2026 and to begin production in the first half of 2026. This project represents not only an expansion of Deli’s production in Vietnam but also a new breakthrough in the scale of the Group's overseas investment.
Hai Duong's advantageous geographical position allows convenient connections to major ports, facilitating efficient exports and optimizing the supply chain, which creates a development advantage for Deli. The province has become an investment hotspot due to its developed industrial park system and favorable local government policies. Nguyen Van Loi, Director of the Dai An Industrial Zone, stated, "Deli's project proves Hai Duong's investment attractiveness. We are committed to creating favorable conditions for the project's successful development."
The Hai Duong factory is equipped with modern automated production lines to ensure high efficiency and stable product quality. By utilizing advanced technology, the factory will enhance capacity, reduce waste, and promote sustainable development. Deli Group is committed to environmental protection and aims to minimize the impact of production activities on the environment. The Hai Duong factory will implement strict production process controls to limit emissions and use renewable energy.
With the establishment of the Hai Duong factory, Deli not only enhances its production capacity but also solidifies its position in the global office supplies industry. The Group is currently working to expand its market share in Southeast Asia, where there is significant growth potential for office supplies and educational equipment.
